Summary

The Concord Fund is giving heavily to state Republican Party groups this year after taking millions from Leonard Leo’s “dark money” network.

A “dark money” nonprofit that is heavily funded by a group controlled by the chief judicial adviser for Presidents George W. Bush and Donald Trump was the largest donor in the first half of the year to Republican Party groups that work to elect state judges, governors, legislators, attorneys general, and other down-ballot officials.
